Lucía serves as the Clinical Executive Assistant at Northern California NeuroHealth and is the primary point of contact for patients and families seeking assistance with scheduling, administrative questions, and coordination with the clinical team. She helps keep the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes so that our doctors can focus on their patients. She brings a warm, thoughtful approach to her work, helping patients feel welcome and supported while keeping daily operations organized. As a native Spanish speaker, she is also glad to help Spanish-speaking patients and families feel understood and well cared for.
Lucía brings several years of experience as an executive assistant, supporting leadership with scheduling, communications, and day-to-day operations, and working with international teams. Her background as an English teacher, and her love of working with children, shape her patient, clear, and empathetic communication style.
Outside of work, Lucía enjoys spending time with her partner and their two dogs, Rocco, a boxer, and Roma, a border collie. A self-described bookworm, she is rarely without a good book, and she is a devoted Formula 1 fan, so race weekends are her favorite time of the year.
