Bea is a Clinical Executive Assistant at Northern California NeuroHealth. She supports Dr. Katheryn Conde and her team with administrative operations, patient care coordination, scheduling, and clinical workflows. Bea is dedicated to providing professional, empathetic, and efficient administrative and patient support. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian, she supports multilingual patients and facilitates effective communication throughout their care experience.  

Originally from El Salvador, Bea holds a Master's degree in International Relations with a specialization in Peace, Conflict, and Security from the Free University of Brussels, Belgium. She brings more than 10 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, operations, and client services across international organizations, legal services, nonprofit, and healthcare-related settings.

Before joining Northern California NeuroHealth, Bea worked as a Medical Paralegal, where she guided clients through healthcare-related legal processes, coordinated with healthcare providers, managed confidential medical documentation, and gained valuable experience supporting patients with empathy and professionalism. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to helping others through strong communication, organization, and a service-oriented approach.

Outside of work, Bea enjoys hiking, spending time at the beach, practicing yoga and Pilates.
